The studio is very clean, full of light and good vibes. They offer a range of video that workouts as well as teacher lead classes and my friend, and I enjoyed the variety of workouts. “Have been going since it opened six months ago and love how flexible it is for my schedule. The classes offer both beginner and intermediate level, they’re filmed really clearly and the voiceover is very explanatory. The video led classes make it ridiculously accessible and it’s priced to make it competitively affordable. If you’re new to reformers I would suggest the introduction class and a few teacher led ones first to get to grips with the equipment! The studio is very well maintained and the owners are extremely responsive and welcome suggestions or feedback! I really look forward to my classes and seeing some of the same faces from time to time.”
